About Us

DBP Law was set up in 2004 by Dipesh Parmar who has over 12 years legal experience in contentious, non-contentious insolvency and general litigation. Dipesh Parmar is a recognised insolvency lawyer and has many years of experience representing individuals, companies and office holders in relation to insolvency matters.

A graduate from UCL, Dipesh completed his Legal Practice Course at College of Law and trained with Everratts Solicitors. Dipesh continued his journey as a newly qualified solicitor at Beachcrofts Solicitors for over 7 years before setting up DBP Law.

Bhavti Parmar LLB– Senior Manager

Bhavti is responsible for the management, recruitment and administrative activities necessary to facilitate the smooth running of our office.

Prior to joining DBP Law she worked as an Insolvency Administrator with large insolvency firms including KPMG. She therefore is able to use her previous experiences and knowledge she has gained at DBP Law.
