DBP Law Solicitors was set up in 2004 by Dipesh Parmar who has over 20 years legal experience in Contentious and Non Contentious, Corporate and Individual Insolvency and General Litigation. Dipesh Parmar is a recognised insolvency and litigation lawyer and has many years of experience representing individuals, companies and office holders in relation to insolvency and litigation matters.
Dipesh Parmar LLB (Hons)
A graduate from UCL, Dipesh completed his Legal Practice Course at College of Law and trained with Everratts Solicitors. Dipesh continued his journey as a newly qualified solicitor at Beachcrofts Solicitors for over 7 years before setting up DBP Law Solicitors. He is also a mediator who is accredited by the ADR Group. He has successfully negotiated settlements without having the need for court action. He does not see the necessity to prolong matters and tries to find immediate and commercial solutions for his clients. He is friendly, easily approachable and also multi-lingual.
Outside interests – golf, badminton, eating out and travelling.
Reported cases: Foxholes Nursing Home Ltd v Accora Ltd  EWHC 3712 (Ch) – successful in obtaining an injunction refraining the presentation of a winding up petition. Ultraclass Limited, George Nicholas Michael (as Liquidator of Ultraclass Limited) v Assemakis & Evans  Lawtel 4 April 2012 – successfully obtained a freezing injunction against the former officers of the company without any fortification by the liquidator. Re Quality Kebab Ltd  All ER (D) 162 – successful application to appoint the administrator of choice of the directors and defeated a winding up petition issued by a creditor. Franses v Oomerjee  BPIR 1320 – Successfully defended Trustee in Bankruptcy’s application for after acquired property made after the time limit prescribed by the Insolvency Act 1986.
Bhavti Parmar LLB
She is responsible for the office management, recruitment and all the administrative activities including IT which are necessary to facilitate the smooth running of our office. Prior to joining DBP Law Solicitors she worked as an Insolvency Administrator with large insolvency firms including KPMG. She is therefore able to use the previous experiences and knowledge gained in DBP Law Solicitors. She is dedicated with all the staff to enable DBP Law Solicitors to provide a first class service. She has been at DBP Law Solicitors since the business began. She believes it has been a learning experience to start a business from scratch and wants to ensure that the firm becomes one of the most recognised and best firms in the areas it specialises in the UK. Providing our clients exceptional service and building strong ties with our clients have been our vision since day one.

Cherin Jandu LLB (Hons)
Through hard work and dedication Cherin obtained a Law degree from the University of Hertfordshire, and completed her LPC in 2015. She joined DBP law Solicitors soon after, and from day one she has been encouraged and in her opinion she has been mentored by the best. Not only does this mean her skills and knowledge have developed further, but it has enabled her to be confident in what she does and in return our clients are confident in her and in our firm.
