Bankruptcy is a process which is used for individuals when they are unable to pay their debts as and when due and is usually a last resort to clear the debts.

We advise both Trustees in bankruptcies and individuals on all aspects of Bankruptcy Law.

• recovery of assets
• annulment of bankruptcy
• commencing actions on behalf of office holders such as applications to set aside antecedent transactions, private examinations under section 336 of the Insolvency Act 1986
• Assisting individuals against claims by their Trustee in Bankruptcy
• Advise on bankruptcy restriction orders (BRO)

We assist and advise clients on interpretation of the proposals and advise on failure or breach of the IVA.
